RETURN POLICY:

Due to the handmade/made to order nature of each individual item, we unfortunately do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Although, if the item that is delivered is incorrect and/or damaged, we are happy to set up an exchange for you. 

EXCHANGE POLICY: 

Due to the handmade/made to order nature of each individual item, we take exchange requests on a case by case basis. Although, if the item that is delivered is incorrect and/or damaged, we are happy to set up an exchange for you.

SHIPPING:

Please note that we DO ship via USPS. USPS shipping standards have changed in 2019. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered. In the event that your tracking info states “delivered” but, you have not received your package, please be sure to visit the USPS website to open a claim. All packages are covered by insurance, for up to $50.
